Carol-Lynne Viau Mittelbusher is a third-generation native Californian who is eager to share her enthusiasm for her home state and the desert. She is passionate about matching every client with their dream, be it the perfect home or the perfect sale, in a seamless and stress-free transaction.

A graduate of the University of California at Berkeley (Go Bears!), Carol-Lynne has put her studies in the School of Business to good use throughout her career. She started and ran a Silicon Valley company for over 20 years, selling automated production equipment and tooling to electronics manufacturing companies. During that time, she honed the professional marketing and negotiation skills which now benefit her real estate clients. Certified as an ePRO internet marketing specialist, she considers herself a committed, hands-on business facilitator who is dedicated to honesty, integrity and accountability.

Carol-Lynne's lifelong credo has always been, "Don't be so busy making a living that you fail to make a difference." Accordingly, she has served on, and raised funds for, more than twenty boards, commissions and committees, including the San Jose Library Commission, the Friends of the Library, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Silicon Valley, and the Native American Library. She has recorded for Books for the Blind, and served as a mentor in the University of Santa Clara School of Business.
